Cauliflower rice lettuce wraps

INGREDIENTS * 3 tbsp coconut oil or avocado oil * 1 onion (325 g, approx. 2 cups diced) * 4 cloves garlic, minced * 1 head of cauliflower, riced (800 g) * 3 tbsp curry powder or paste * 1 tsp coriander * 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, optional * 1/2 tsp cumin * 4 carrots, peeled and grated (300 g, approx. 2 cups grated) * 1 bell pepper diced * 14 oz can pineapple chunks, drained (optional ) * 1 cup frozen green peas (170 g) * 1/2–1 tsp sea salt, or liquid aminos/soy sauce * Romai

Almost Raw Potato 🥔 collard breakfast burrito

Not 100% raw because of the potato but pretty dang close. Literally tastes just like a breakfast burrito, just add your favorite salsa. I think a verde, or smokey chipole salsa tastes especially good with the potato and avocado. 1. Slice 1 potato 🥔 into thin strips. Drizzle with 2tbs of avocado oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
