🍱Back to School Meal Prep Apple Overnight Oats 🍎

These are easy to prepare for school, and taste delicious. The ingredients are cheap, and easy to find. Use this as a base, and make the recipe your own depending on what you have around the house. I actually added 1 cut up date to mine to make it even more like a dessert. 😍 And I'm just addicted to dates. It definitely doesn't need a date by the way. The apple, and maple syrup make it more than sweet enough!😅


1 cup of steel cut oats

1 cup of almond milk

1 apple cut into bite size cubes

1 tablespoon of maple syrup

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of peanut butter


Simply mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar, not including the peanut butter. You could even put the top on the mason jar and shake it up to mix. Then place your spoon full of peanut butter on the top, and add a few additional slices of apple and cinnamon. Store in the fridge overnight, and it will be ready to enjoy the next day.
