This smoothie is delicious, protein packed, and raw vegan!
Best part is meal prepping these only took me 10 minutes!
Shopping List:
Plastic sandwich bags. This morning I was able to wash the bag to reuse again. You could also use small plastic reusable containers that are meant for the freezer.
🍌1 bunch of bananas. It's one banana per smoothie so the amount of bananas will determine how many smoothies you are prepping.
1 bag of spinach. I actually used collard greens because I had some left over. If you use kale or collards remove the stem because it will make the smoothie taste bitter.
1 bag Hemp seeds
🍍1 bag of frozen pineapple
1 gallon of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 bunch of celery
Recipe:
In each plastic bag place:
1 banana
3 TBS of hemp seeds
1/2 cup pineapple
1 stalk of celery
1 handful of spinach
After you finish stuffing all your smoothie bags place them in the freezer.
To make the smoothie place the bag contents in the blender with 1 cup of vanilla almond milk.
Drink, and enjoy all week as a breakfast, or after school snack 😋.
