This is the BEST green smoothie recipe. It's so creamy and sweet it reminds me of vanilla ice cream but it has spinach in it so totally guilt free dessert. To make a smoothie more of a smoothie bowl ice cream texture you must use frozen fruits (specifically frozen banana) instead of fresh. This recipe is totally raw vegan too! I hope you love as much as I do. I make it almost every night as a treat.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen pineapple
1 handful of fresh spinach leaves
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds (great source of raw vegan protein)
1 date, optional
Simply blend all the ingredients in your blender and enjoy with a spoon.
