All the recipes this week won't require any cooking, making them perfect for students that live in dorms, or just don't have time to cook, but want to still be healthy. All these recipes are also high in raw fruits and veggies to keep you hydrated between all the coffees 😉
Ingredients:
2 slices of Vegan bread. I used Dave's killer bread. Sourdough is another good option because it's usually vegan. A lot of breads have milk and eggs so be careful. Read those labels.
avocado
romaine lettuce
cucumber
red onion
cilantro
mustard
Pretty sure ya'll know how to make a sandwich.😃🥪 If you are using a plastic sandwich bag please try to wash and re-use them.
