Pumpkin Overnight Oats🎃

These are perfect to meal prep for fall. Make the night before and enjoy the next day for a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert. 


Ingredients:

1 cup of oats

1 rip banana

1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I like the brand MALK.

1/4 cup of canned pumpkin 

1-2TBS of maple syrup

1/2 TBS of pumpkin spice seasoning

3 walnuts chopped up

1 date chopped


Directions:

  1. First mash your rip banana in a bowl.

  2. Once the banana is all mashed, add all your other ingredients besides the walnuts. They are for topping. 

  3. Taste the mixture. Add more pumpkin spice and maple syrup until it is the flavor you want. I personally need alot of pumpkin spice in it to feel like it has the fall flavor I like.

  4. Add the mixture to mason jars to soak overnight. Enjoy the next day for a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert.
